PictoPocket v1.0

PictoPocket | 84 KB | Download

Description

A true comic book fan should be able to read his favorite comic books while on the go. And there’s no point getting your favorite paper comic books out while you’re commuting right? What you need is an application for your Windows Mobile device which would let you read comic books. And it so happens that there’s such an application called PictoPocket which I happen to know about.

Make sure you have Windows Mobile 5.0 or later installed together with .NET Compact Framework 3.5 on your smartphone or Pocket PC. After that you can install PictoPocket and start viewing full-featured comic books. Just make sure you find your favorite titles and have them downloaded on your handset.

PictoPocket will open CBDS files. With PictoDS you will be able to transform your images, scans, PDF files, CBR files or CBZ files into CBDS files. What’s CBDS? It’s ComicBookDS. The DS part comes from Nintendo DS since the format was initially created for Nintendo.

PictoPocket has support for touchscreen and D-pad navigation and it’s quite friendly. It will remember what comic book you were reading and what page was the last one to be opened. Feel like trying it right now? Download PictoPocket And don’t forget to check out the video available below:
