ThrottleLauncher is a cool application for Windows Mobile phone and it will adjust perfectly inside your HTC smartphone. In order to make it run you need Windows Mobile 5.0 or higher, NET.CF 2.0 or higher, 2MB of free space and FlashPlayer 7.
ThrottleLauncher will change your today screen with pretty much whatever you want. Well not exactly whatever you want. It will emulate TouchFlo3D, although it isn’t a TouchFlo3D port. It will also emulate Windows Mobile 7, HTCHome, the iPhone and more.
